Only 90 minutes south of Tampa airport.   Activities and Attractions You can reach the shops within a two minute drive.  Close by are two of the local supermarkets, Publix (found at the junction of 776 & 771) and Winn Dixie (found on 776 at the Sunnybrook junction) The Rotonda Area is surrounded by 72 holes of golf. Three hours drive northeast is Orlando and four hours to the southwest is  Florida Keys. Port Charlotte (15 minutes by car) for shopping this area holds a large shopping mall & others can be found in Sarasota & Fort Myers areas. Why not try a leisurely walk on a deserted beach or an afternoon round of golf? Why not try dinner overlooking the bay. Reservation Details To reserve our villa please email or telephone the dates you wish to book. Once we have confirmed the availability of our villa, you will be required to complete a booking form which we post to you. The completed booking form needs to be returned together with the initial deposit to validate your booking. The outstanding balance must be paid eight/ten weeks before the rental start date, together with the refundable security deposit which is payable two weeks prior to the rental start date (European Guests) three weeks for our (US/Canadian guests). The refundable security deposit will be returned to you after our Management company have accounted for any breakages, shortages, damage or excessive utility bills, during your stay.
